Q: DO YOU HAVE A COVID SAFE PLAN?
A: Sure do! My client's safety is my priority. Please press this link to view the plan, and contact me if you have any questions.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?
A: My photography service is an on-location service, either outdoor or in-home.
I do have a portable studio (lights, backdrops, etc) that I would bring with me to the client's home (studio packages only).
Q: WHAT AREAS ARE YOU SERVICING?
A: I'm servicing the south est suburbs of Melbourne,
the travel cost is included in the package cost for any location (indoor or outdoor) within 15 km from 3168 (Clayton Vic). For any further distance location, there would be an additional travel cost (to cover time and fuel) of 10$ for any extra 5km.
Q: HOW TO SECURE MY PREFERRED SESSION DATE?
A: Once you have the package in mind and a rough time frame, please contact me without delay so I can secure the date for you. In order to secure the date, you will be asked to sign a job contact and transfer a retainer of 80$.
Maternity shoots are best captured around 28-33 weeks gestations.
The posed newborn can be done only up until the newborn is 14 days old.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: In the event of cancellation, the retainer paid is non-refundable. Changes of date may be made up to 2 weeks prior to the session date. Changes made less than 2 weeks prior to the session date will be counted as a cancellation.
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE IN THE JOB CONTRACT.
Newborn photography
Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFESTYLE, STUDIO, AND POSED?
A: LIFESTYLE newborn photography is a relaxed photographic style focused on telling the story of who you and your family are.
This kind of photography is not the classic portrait - 'all-smiling-to-the-camera' style, those photos will capture natural real-life candid moments to show the unique connections you have with each other.
STUDIO newborn is a modern and clean style, against white and black backdrops.
The photos are more posed. Photos are taken using my portable studio, in your own home.
POSED newborn is photos of the newborn himself (no family photos), using studio equipment, and many cute props. the newborn will be placed in a set - a combination of backdrop, a basket/bucket/beanbag/bed, wraps, bonnets more decorative accessories.
This type of session can only take place up until 14 days old.

Q: WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY NEWBORN SESSION?
A: I recommend to book a newborn session while still pregnant to avoid disappointment. I take limited newborn sessions booking, so I can assure all booked clients will have their session within the 14 days time frame.
Please book at least 6 weeks before the due date to have your session guaranteed.
Any last-minute booking is subject to availability.
The exact session date will be arranged after the newborn is born.
Q: HOW SHOULD I PREPARE TO MY SESSION?
A: After the booking process is successful, and around 14-21 days before your session, you will be sent a prep guide. This guide has useful information regarding how to prepare your space, yourself, your newborn, and much more. At any point, you are welcomed to send me your questions and ask for my opinion or advice.
